“McDonald’s Canada announced on Tuesday the launch of its Bestie Bundle, a Taylor Swift-inspired meal, made for two.”(Today, U). This new promotion that they have going on consists of two small fries, two junior chickens, two small fountain pops of your choosing and two friendship or “bestie” bracelets. The meal itself costs thirteen dollars without tax, which is a steal because a single meal now-a-days from McDonald’s can cost up to thirteen dollars alone. This bundle started in November and is going on until supplies run out.
The bracelets that come with the meals are decorated with different coloured beads and a saying on it. They are held together with a slip knot so that the wearer can take it on and off and loosen and tighten it as needed. There are five different sayings that could be found on one of the bracelets; “live laugh Big Mac”, “share fries later”, “perfect 10 piece”’ and “my snack wrap”.
